An intimate, one-on-one culinary experience with Chef Lucas Manteca, the Chef’s Counter features a multi-course dinner rooted in regional Argentinean Gaucho cuisine. Seated at the kitchen counter, guests are taken on a journey through South American culture, where each course is a personal expression of the chef’s vision.
This highly curated experience does not accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. The menu is an open canvas—guided by tradition, driven by seasonality.

Reservations for the Chef’s Counter are released monthly, on the first of each month for the following month.
For example, on June 1st, all available July dates are released. We recommend early requests, as space is extremely limited.
